LETTY was a three-week workshop series held at the Fireside Recreational Center in Dallas, TX, where participants aged four to eleven designed letters two x two ft. using found objects.
As part of the project, we created a series of kinetic typographic pieces using various materials. LETTY was inspired by and named after Salvadoran nanny Leticia Bonilla, who encouraged children to play without technology and to be creative with the materials around them.
